Recently, the luxurious apartment of Bajpai has been sold for around 9 crore in Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi area on his wife’s behalf.

Situated within the well-known residential property, Minerva on Mahalaxmi is a large spacious apartment with gross carpet area of 1,247 square feet and has two parking spaces allocated. Bajpayee drove it home at a closing on Aug. 16, 2024 — cementing the sale with calculations one might attribute to Bajpayee’s prudent real estate investments over time
Expanding Real Estate Ventures
The sale is just one of many feathers in Bajpayee’s cap as the actor continues to grow his real estate folio. To know, which will be the next property he buys for his Mumbai residence! Interestingly, in October 2023 itself Bajpayee purchased four office units for Rs.32 crore at Oshiwara, another prime commercial hub of the city.

Bajpayee joins other Bollywood power players to have actively invested in the real estate business. It seems like the trend of investing in Real estate is gaining popularity among celebrities, and superstars including Amitabh Bachchan, Kajol, Ajay Devgn are also exploring this option.
Three years ago, Bajpayee and his wife embarked on their real estate journey as they bought a lavish home at Oberoi Springs in Andheri for ₹4 crore. That initial investment was a strong indicator of their appetite for luxury assets, and their belief in the buoyancy of Mumbai’s real estate markets.

The deal also underlines the prevailing appetite for luxury properties in Mumbai, especially among celebrities. The sale is part of Bajpayee’s strategic real estate moves, which has also seen his influnce in the property scene growing.
