The first season of the popular reality show Laughter Chefs, being hosted by Bharti Singh and judged by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, is all set to draw its curtains in October. It was meant to be continued till January 2025. Well, the decision to draw it up before time aligns with the good news that Bigg Boss Season 18 was also announced, to be premiered on the 6th of October.
Laughter Chefs, which has been doing well since it went live in June 2024, is making way for the grand return of Bigg Boss, hosted by Bollywood’s Salman Khan. Sources say that even though the channel had planned an extension for Laughter Chefs, contract issues with the crew resulted in the show ending finally in October.

The winner of the previous year, Munawar Faruqui, captivated the audience with his quick wit and his humor and hence set quite high expectations from Bigg Boss 18. With drama-filled episodes, Bigg Boss always promises high ratings, and the return of Salman Khan as a host only added fuel to it.
Laughter Chefs: Cast Updates
Presently, other stars from Laughter Chefs are quite busy outside of the show. Also known for her stint on Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, Ankita Lokhande has gone on to appear in the cinematic biopic based on freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
Another favorite among viewers, Arjun Bijlani is too busy going about with his soaps on television after the successful tenures of his in Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 and Pyar Ka Pehla Adhyaya: Shiv Shakti.
