Rise of Samantha Ruth Prabhu as Super Stardom
Alia Bhatt closely follows and holds a very sturdy position of being in second place. Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, Kajal Aggarwal, Shraddha Kapoor, Trisha, Katrina Kaif, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kiara Advani are there in that top 10 list, but it is Samantha’s soaring popularity which attracts eyeballs.
She was always a trendsetter, as she challenged herself to achieve something big. The relationship she built with the audience and the strong motivation to leave a great impact helped her to be at the top. The excitement over her new project, Citadel: Honey Bunny, has really started to build. Samantha is soon going to produce something exceptional once more.
Other films in the pipeline are Citadel and Rakt Brahmand.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu is working on two big-ticket series, and leading the league is Citadel: Honey Bunny. This Indian adaptation of the global Citadel universe featuring Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden has already generated quite a buzz with its teaser. Samantha praised her co-star Varun Dhawan, saying, “I have worked with many people in this industry, and Varun Dhawan is one of the kindest people I have worked with.”.
Besides Citadel, Samantha is also working on Rakt Brahmand, an imaginative series, under the direction of Rahi Anil Barve and production by Raj and DK. With Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead, the show, which takes place in an imaginary kingdom, is sizzling up for the big screens. Filming began on September 19, and the advance reports indicate that the show will be a visual extravaganza with plenty of action sequences.
Raj and DK’s Daring Move
Best known for dark comedies and crime dramas, directors Raj and DK have entered new territory with the show Rakt Brahmand. It’s an ambitious move as they try their hand at the action-fantasy genre, and early anticipation would suggest that they would deliver a pretty intriguing tale told through carefully carved-out plots and rich visuals.
